| รายละเอียดงาน : |
1. Provide general Administrative Support
2. Create Purchase Orders, Invoice, Receipt
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mails and faxes
4. Book local and overseas couriers and prepare shipping document as required
5. Answer all telephone calls and direct them to relevant departments
6. Assist with data entry and filing
7. Prepare monthly leave report and update leave records
8. Proficient in operating office equipment
9. Manage the daily accounting and finance functions, bank reconcile and payment processing
10. Entry accounting data to accounting software
11. Manage and coordinate various concerned projects with our facilities in China as assigned. |

1. Good command of English (Mandarin Language not required by will serve as an advantage)
2. Good administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Window XP, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
3. Good problem solving skill and able to exercise consideration and initiative in arranging duties
4. Ability, willingness and adaptability to handle additional duties when required
5. Pleasant personality, enthusiastic Service Mind, Strong coordination, Proactive, Good relationship
